1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to canadaloanexperts.com (the "Site") and the brokerage services offered by Canada Loan Experts ("we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What we do and don't do

We are a business financing brokerage and a registered ISO for payment processing. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. We introduce your application to third-party funding partners, who decide whether to extend an offer and on what terms. Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer or funding. Any financing you accept is a contract between you and the funder, governed by that funder's agreement.

Products described on the Site are for commercial purposes only. We do not arrange consumer loans.

3. No fees to you; how we're paid

We do not charge business owners an upfront or application fee. We receive compensation from funding partners when financing closes. This compensation is disclosed in or alongside your offer. Processing services are priced under a separate merchant agreement.

4. Information on the Site

Funding ranges, terms, timelines, rates and examples on the Site are illustrative and subject to change. "Same-day funding" refers to files that are underwritten, approved and funded on the same business day when a complete package is received early in the day; it is not a guarantee. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Consult your own advisors before entering into any financing agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are 18 or older and authorized to act for the business you describe.
You agree that information you provide is true, complete and current, and that you will tell us promptly if it changes.
You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or submit information about another person without their consent.

6. Communications

When you submit a form you consent to being contacted by phone, text and email about your request and related services, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics and logos are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, other than for your personal, non-commercial review.

8. Third-party sites

The Site may link to funders, processors or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, practices or terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, or from any financing decision made by a funding partner. Our total liability in connection with the Site or our brokerage services shall not exceed the compensation we received in connection with your file.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
